On tap at The Green Goddess, Blackheath. Chestnut brown pour with a beige head. Nose is grapefruit, tart dark fruits. Taste is blackberry, grapefruit, raisin. Malty bittersweet action.

Hazy dark brown colour with lasting head. Slight burnt toast element but mostly hoppy. Very 'green' and leafy. Pleasantly bitter.

Half pint at the Doncaster brewpub. Medium creamy beige head. Clear almost black pour. Lovely bitterness.

Tap growler fill at Coppers 8 till 8, near Gosforth Newcastle. Dark brown-black colour, beige foam head and aroma of citrus & pine tropical fruit hops along with some smokey roasted malt. Taste is roasty, malt, caramel, zesty citrus and pine hop resins, with some coffee, chocolate, earthy, smoke hints and tangy bitterness. Light to medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry lingering resiny bitter finish. Nicely drinkable Black IPA.
