Bottle from Beers of Europe. Appearance - pale golden with steady carbonation. Nose - sweet apples. Taste - more sweet apples. Not much else. Palate - light bodied and tangy. Dry-ish tangy finish. Overall - a bit single dimensional.

500ml long necked bottle. Sparkling golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of fruity apple, earthy spice. Taste is sweetish apple, lightly fruity, floral & woody, with alittle drying tannin. Light bodied, slightly spritzy carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle. Clear pale straw colour, no head. Aroma is quite mild, slightly overripe apples, floral, hint of oaky woodiness. Taste is medium sweet, slightly overripe apples, floral, subtle woody note. Light body, average carbonation. Not bad, a little thin and somewhat bland though.

Bottle shared with JMD at HNB 17.01.17. Very pale clear yellow. Moderate and neutral taste of cider. No off-tastes, but a bit bland. Refreshing.

Flaske fra Det gode brygg, Sandnes, delt med Ovesen mens vørteren tappes: klar, lys strågul med svært kort skum. Beskjeden aroma og smak av epler og sommerblomster. Slank og veloppdragen, og den gled greit nok ned, men jeg ble ikke noe bedre menneske etterpå.

500 ml bottle, from Berentsens Brygghus, Ølutsalget. ABV is 4%. Extremely pale and clear yellowish colour, small white head disappears instantly. Moderate carbonation. Moderate aroma of cider apples and sweet apples, a hint of sulphites. Thin and watery mouthfeel. Slightly dry flavour of apples. Not much excitement here.

Bottle from Damian. Quite pale colour, clear. Quite high carbonation, making for an easy drinkable and refreshing piece. Apple character is not very complex, rather simple. But at the same time pleasant, with light residual sugar, feeling slightly watery. Good.

Bottle from Booths, Media City. Pale yellow with a small carbonation that creates a little activity in the palate. Easy enough to drink with a dry apple sweetness in its taste and a more stated apple sweetness in its lingering aftertaste.

Stavanger 200216. Pale yellow colour with some white bubbles. Aroma is mandarins, yeast, sugar. Flavour is mandarins, yeast, sugar, fruit, apple. Ordinary cider.
