Draught from diamond. Some roasted malts and dark fruits from a deep brown pour. Pretty good.

Color castaño oscuro, fina pero persistente capa de espuma beige de burbuja fina y aspecto cremoso. En nariz se perciben pasas, ciruelas, malta tostada, pulpa de caña de azúcar. En boca tiene un trago exquisito, buen cuerpo, sedosa, de entrada dulce y llena de matices, malta tostada, frutos negros, pasas, ciruelas, dátiles, algo de chocolate...El final es levemente amargo, largo y seco. Bottle at home. Aroma of sweet malt, caramel, ripe dark fruits, raisins, chocolate, plum, hint of figs, light vanilla, spicy notes. Flavour is sweet, body is medium to full and really quite smooth. Nicely rich creamy flavour, well-balanced. A lovely complex beer.

Аромат сложной но не особо сильный. Карамель, темные фрукты с оттенком шоколада. Цвет идеален, пена светло-кофейная , очень плотная и липкая. В основе вкуса черный шоколад, от чего пиво слегка горькое. Имеется оттенок кофе и жженой карамели. Пиво по вкусу дико не свойственное Бельгийскому элю. Сам напиток очень плотный, как стаут. В целом солидное пиво, но если расценивать как эль то немного странноватое.

Bottle at Kerstbierfestival, Essen: Dark red brew with an sweet bitter taste and some hints of Bambergian smokeynish. Pretty good brew from the enclave.

Bottle at home, dark brown beer, small head. Aroma is sweet, malt, dark fruit. Taste is the same, sweet, raisins, fruit, malt, caramel, not bad.

Bottle drunk watching Fallout. Dark, black, small tan head. Roasty dry nose, smells complex. Taste is fantastically smooth, hint of sweetness, nicer complex structure, not too bitter or astringent - just a caress of delicious, delicate darkness on the tongue.

Black with a medium light brown head. A chocolate and roasted malt aroma. Light bitter with a strong roasted malt, coffee and malt end.

Bottle 33cl. bbd 5/2023 @home poured into a teku glass. Opaque dark brown colour, small stable creamy beige head, slowly dissipating to a thin layer, light lacing. Aroma sweet and roasted malts, caramel, cocoa powder, chocolate, liquorice, light dark fruits, alcohol notes. Taste above medium sweet and slightly bitter, malty, roast, caramel, dark chocolate, liquorice, brown sugar, light dark fruits, alcohol notes. Full-bodied, oily texture, soft carbonation, smooth sweetbitter aftertaste, lingering roast and liquorice, warming alcohol, rich and tasty, well-made, well-balanced, excellent.
