Embrasse is a heavy dark beer that is perfectly in between a heavy dark Abbey / Trappist beer and a Stout / Porter. The beer combines roasted malt and coffee / chocolate aspects with a pleasantly light fruitiness of dried subtropical fruits. Bittersweet flavors go together with a pronounced creamy mouthfeel and make drinking this beer to an exceptional delight for lovers of heavy dark beers.

"Embrasse", Fläschchen von Belgoshop.de, 18.8.2026. - Tiefdunkel, fast schwarz; üppiger Schaum. - In der Nase sehr schweres, massives Röstmalz, Rauch, ätherische Öle (Rosenwasser?); kernige und doch gediegene harzige und zitrusfruchtige Hopfenherbe, ein Hauch von Biskuit. - Antrunk massiv und doch beweglich röstmalzig mit Mokka und Bitterschokolade, aufgelockert durch feine zitrusfruchtige und harzige Hopfung. Nur leise Süße. Milder rezent, vollmundig, dezenter Alkohol. Im Abgang massiv malzbitter und aromatisch hopfenherb. - Kerniges dunkles Starkbier, das Röstmalz und aromatische Hopfung perfekt vereint und trotzdem seine belgische Herkunft nicht verleugnet.

Color castaño oscuro, poco abundante aunque persistente capa de espuma beige de burbuja fina y aspecto cremoso. En nariz se perciben pasas, ciruelas, malta tostada, pulpa de caña de azúcar. En boca tiene un trago exquisito, buen cuerpo, sedosa, de entrada dulce y llena de matices, malta tostada, frutos negros, pasas, ciruelas, dátiles, algo de chocolate...El final es levemente amargo, largo y seco. Bottle at home. Aroma of sweet malt, caramel, ripe dark fruits, raisins, chocolate, plum, hint of figs, light vanilla, spicy notes. Flavour is sweet, body is medium to full and really quite smooth. Nicely rich creamy flavour, well-balanced. A lovely complex beer.

Аромат сложной но не особо сильный. Карамель, темные фрукты с оттенком шоколада. Цвет идеален, пена светло-кофейная , очень плотная и липкая. В основе вкуса черный шоколад, от чего пиво слегка горькое. Имеется оттенок кофе и жженой карамели. Пиво по вкусу дико не свойственное Бельгийскому элю. Сам напиток очень плотный, как стаут. В целом солидное пиво, но если расценивать как эль то немного странноватое.

Bottle drunk watching Fallout. Dark, black, small tan head. Roasty dry nose, smells complex. Taste is fantastically smooth, hint of sweetness, nicer complex structure, not too bitter or astringent - just a caress of delicious, delicate darkness on the tongue.
