Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers! Aroma is dominated by sweet pear and woody notes. Taste is quite sweet ending with more sharp notes.

Bladder Bag at GBBF'23, day two, 02/08/23. Clear golden yellow with no head. Nose is sweet pear, sugars, grains, straw. Taste comprises pear skins, straw, light farmyard esters, tannins. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close. Okay.

11/2/2022. From BIAB at the 12th Elysian Winter Beer Festival. Pours clear very pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is sweet pear, lightlt floral, woody notes. Medium sweetness, nice tangy tartness. Moderate body, low carbonation. Dry tannic finish. Quite nicely done.

BIAB: Poured a clear golden with no head to bubbles. Aroma is pears, tannins. Taste is very pear, little tangy.

Draught at Station House, Durham. Golden colour, no head and woody pear aroma. Taste is mellow, pear, woody, fleshy, sweetish, meadow, slightly syrupy. Medium bodied, low carbonation, meadowy fInish. Nicely drinkable.

PoW Beer Fest, Farnborough. Syrupy, pear aroma. A hint of toffee. Surprisingly dark. Super frothy white head. Sweet, smooth. Velvet. Goes down well. Baked pears. Good stuff.
