Cask at the moon under water Watford Jdw a clear golden yellow coloured pour with no head. Aroma is semi sweet tangy apple, wood, plastic. Flavour is composed of woody, bark, apple, tangy fruit, woody apple, spicy fruit, bitter woody finish palate is semi sweet, moderate carbonation, woody. Decent cider.

Pours a still almost clear gold colour with no head. Aroma is barnyard, straw and apple peel. Medium sweet and light dryness, apple flavours, wood and tannin. Nice dryness in the finish. Nice enough.

BIAB as First Press Original at William Stead Darlington JDW 2017 cider fest. Golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, barnyard. Taste is tangy apple, some apple skin, fruity with leathery funk, some straw, woody, drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bladder box dispense at the Cherub Inn, Dartmouth, 01/05/17 during a paganistic drinking ceremony to welcome in May Day. Clear golden pour with no head. Nose is apple skins, light orchard wood, tannins, farmyard esters. Taste comprises funky apple, lightly smoked straw, sweet and sour apples, barnyard. Medium bodied, moderate to low carbonation, drying close. Decent funky little number.
