Loose white head on an unclear pale golden coloured body. Stone fruit, citrus & chalky tastes with a lightly hopped finish.
Refreshing.

Bottle, koszi Tomi! Totally forgetable, there’s really nothing to write home about. Estery Beglian yeast character, low bitterness, sugary sweetness. Meh.

Aroma of yeast, fruits, pale malt, spicy notes. Flavour is moderate sweet, with a hint of tartness and a moderate bitter finish. Average but nice Belgian Ale.

Servida en tulipa, color amarillo pálido y turbio, espuma blanca abundante y duradera. Al olfato llegan notas de paja, cereal, levadura belga, cítricos, especias. En boca es bastante cítrica, de cuerpo medio a ligero, con notas ácidas bien presentes, seca, retrogusto ácido, amargo y con un ligero, muy pequeño, puntito dulce, (bastante agradable). No es exactamente lo que me espero cuando voy a probar una belgian blonde, sin embargo debo reconocer que no me disgusta, me resulta tan poco ortodoxa como agradable.

330ml bottle with an odd cartoon image of a hanging monk. Pale cloudy gold, roaring carbonation, big frothy white head, nice retention. Aroma is floral, malts and a fruity yeast. Taste is pale malts, yeast, stone fruit, sweet yet dry, spice, a touch of stale resin in the middle leading to a bitter citrus tangy-yeast finish. Medium bodied, dry. Mixed but has character.

Bottle 0.33ltr: Hazy yellow coloured brew with an slightly citrus taste, some bitternesh and is kind of watery. Marvin the Martian disguised as monk hanging on a noose at the gallow with an beer.

Cette corne du bois des pendus blonde est mal desservie par sa structure, avec une acidité trop présente, qui ne permet pas assez de tirer profit de ses autres qualités. Le visuel est sur un blond paille limpide avec des bulles de diamètre moyen et une effervescence également moyennement soutenue. Une mousse blanche de 3 mm est présente. Le nez, s'il présente une légère acidité est plaisant sur une alliance de céréales, miel et citron. En bouche, de légères épices avec girofle et coriandre apparaissent. L'attaque commence avec une bonne intensité mais dès lors une acidité relativement présente. Celle-ci sera au maximum en arrière-bouche qui est la moins appréciable. Si la corpulence est honnête tout comme l'alcool, le final retombe rapidement. Mitigé, entre arômes plaisants et structure imparfaite.
