Bag in box @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Hazy dark golden with a tiny off-white head. Aroma is sweet, apples and raspberries. Flavor is medium sweet. Sweet finish. A bit thin. 030117

Tap at Quakerhouse, Darlington. Cloudy pinkish pale golden colour, thin white foam head and apple & raspberry aroma. Taste is sweet juicy raspberry along side a tart apple note with some drying tannins. Creamy slightly syrupy mouthfeel, soft carbonation, lingering dry sweet finish. Quite OK, abit sweet.

Could have been ok. Mostly destroyed by a way to flat carbonation. Felt like a lemonade.
Peach colored body with no head. Decent intensity in the aroma. Medium body and almost no carbonation. Decent balance between sweetness and bitterness. Nice flavor with apple and raspberry.

Last Orders, Whitchurch

Tap at the Swan, Beaconsfield. Murky pale pinkish amber. Slight hint of effervescence. Didn’t realise it had raspberries in it until too late- might not have ordered it if I had. However as it turns out this is not one of those ghastly supersweet fruit ciders. It’s got proper apple skin tannins, and a light tart dryness. The raspberry is there; just a hint of real raspberry that works with rather than a fake concentrate obscuring the cider beneath. Admittedly the cider beneath is not the most exciting in the world, but it does the job. Quite enjoyed it in the end. Better than expected.
