Camerons master head brewer Chris “Dawn of the Dead” Deakin has created this devilish red ale for our October guest. Based on an American red rye beer this rosy beer has a rye bread flavor mingled with tons of hoppy grapefruit taste. More treat than trick!

Fra cask på The Woodman Highgate nov-18: klar rødlig mahogany med fint skum som varer hele veien ned. Nyper, tyttebær, barskog og milde urter i behagelig og lettdrikkelig kombinasjon. God maltkropp. Urteaktig bitterhet i den halvtørre avslutningen.

Cask at Darlington Snooker Club 2016 autumn beer fest. Red amber colour with a white foam head. Malty aroma. Taste is malty, toffee, caramel, fruity, with a roasty hint and some floral hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry bitter & residual sweet finish. Quite OK.

Cask at the Rose & Crown, Sandhurst. Reddish chestnut with a ring of loose white head; aroma of red fruit and a hint of treacle; rather thin in the mouth, with a caramel malt taste and a touch of spice; then a light, well-balanced, bitterness, with a final touch of licorice. Very moreish.
