500ml bottle from Orchard Box. Pale gold colour with a short-lived fizzy white foam head. Aroma of apple, apple skin, alittle funk. Taste is tangy apple, tart, woody oak, vanilla and light barnyard notes with some drying tannins. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, acidic and dry tannic at the finish. Quite drinkable.
