Draft at Steamworks, Seaford. Poured hazy golden colour with little life. The aroma is crushed apple, herbal. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a smooth, somewhat light, tart apple, funky, light herbal palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.

On tap (BIB) at Ebenezers, Crewe. Pours a cloudy very pale grapefruit. The aroma has sweet apples and sugar. In the mouth it is sweet and juicy with flavour of apples, oranges and (after a while) a hint of cherries. Some alcoholic strength evident too. Finish is appley and slightly boozy. I don’t normally go for sweet cider, but this is nice.

On tap at The Evening Star, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out musty apple skins and a hint of farmhouse notes. Flavour is medium sweet, with crisp apple skins and a touch of farmhouse character. Too sweet for me but there's a nice gentle farmhouse character that adds some complexity. Good.

2 litre milk jug from Middle Farm. This is an absolute dream boat of a cider. EXTRAORIDNARILY easy to drink. Like apple juice but still with that cider edge. Almost melon taste at times. Feels so genuine. Could drink by the gallon and probably will.
