Bottle from Beers of Europe. Appearance - pale yellow. Thin head. Nose - ginger dominating apple. Taste - again, taste likes a ginger beer. Palate - tangy and light bodied. Dry spicy finish. Overall - solid enough.

Cask @ Baum, Rochdale. Golden coloured, it’s sweet tasting with its apple and inoffensive with its ginger. A fine winter warmer cider.

330ml bottle from Caps Off, Bishop Auckland. Pale yellow gold colour, short-lived thin white foam head and ginger aroma. Taste is sweet, ginger, sugar syrup, lemon citric, with some apple hints. Syrupy mouthfeel, light to medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet gingery finish. Nicely drinkable

31/8/2018. From bag in box at the Dove Summer Beer Festival, Ipswich. Pours almost clear dark golden colour with no head. Aroma of sweet apple and crystalized ginger. Quite heavy sweetness, minimal tartness. Moderate body, sticky texture, very soft carbonation. A little fire comes through from the ginger in the finish. Decent.
