Bag in a box at Cambridge Winter Beer Fest: Poured a golden with white head. Aroma was pungent moldy fruit/pears. Taste was sweet pear juice, two contrasts from nose to palate.

BIAB at Cambridge Winter Beer Festival 2018. Pale yellow colour, no lasting head and mucky aroma. Taste is sweet, pear, melon, drying. Syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, semi-dry sweet finish. OK.

16/10/2018. Bottle courtesy of Rasmus. Pours pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of sweet apples and pears with caramel and a hint of spice. Medium to heavy sweetness, very light bitterness/tartness. Medium body, slight sticky texture, soft carbonation. Dry, sweet finish. Liked it.
