500ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Sep 19, thanks Mike for this. Pours a generally clear gold, foamy off-white head. Aroma has nice whisky whispers, taste is herbal, gentle vanilla, coconut.. a bit thin but fine overall.

Bottle from Lidl Supermarket, Sowerby Bridge. Deeper golden with a next to no head. Nicely palatable scotch ale with a light sweetness from the 'whisky' influence, which is probably best in its nose, but there's nothing actually stated in terms of actual 'whisky'. There's a few malts evident too.

Misty deep golden to amber. Decent white head. Nose: biscuit malt, spicy hop, faint tannins. Light to medium body. Taste: dryish, fairly (spicy) hoppy. Not much oak. Light plus bitterness.

25th Jan 2019 (Burns Night). 500ml bottle: BB 30th Nov 2019. Poured into my Thistle shaped 'Gordons Glass'. Clear golden body, white crown. Nice aroma and taste, malty but not 'whisky' malts if you know what I mean, light oak maybe but no whisky for me. Liked it.

500ml bottle from Co-op, Corpach. Amber colour, bubbly white foam head leaving some lacing and malty, woody, oaky aroma. Taste is sweet, malt, toffee, whisky notes with wood oak, vanilla. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi-dry metallic finish. OK.

Bottle. Amber with gold beer, almost white foam. Aroma: a little grassy, floral, slightly spicy hops, light fruitiness, slightly toasted buttered toast, a little dill or similar herbs, a little vanilla. Taste: wood, butter and dill, a little calm fruit, mild sourness, slightly bitter finish.

Shared a bottle with M at our AirBnB in Inveraray. Light amber color, white/beige head. Taste a bit light.
