From tap at Euston Tap West, London, 12.02.24. Cloudy pale pear colour. Not much head. Fine taste of slightly bitter pears, fine cider, white wine and pear peel. Good!

BIAB at Indy Man 2016. Poured hazed pale gold with a smidge of a white cap. Aroma: mild funk, pear flesh, baked pear, some caramel. Moderate sweet & bitter with light tartness. Medium body with low carbonation. Good one.

28/8/2021. From BIAB at the 2021 East Anglian Beer Festival, Bury St Edmunds. Pours hazy very pale yellow gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of musty pear, baked pear, caramel. Medium sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Moderate body, slightly watery, soft to flat carbonation. Pretty decent.

BIAB: Poured a hazy yellow with bubble head. Aroma is pungent pear. Taste is pear, citrus a bit, juicy, semi-dry finish.

On tap at The Stable, pours a hazy blonde, no head. Aroma is very dry, with barnyard yard funk, earthy notes, and apple skins. Flavour is full of leather, barnyard funk, apple skins, and rustic notes. A little sweet, but it works well. Really good.

Draught at Craft Beer Calling 2018. Hazy yellow colour, no lasting head and fruitypear aroma. Taste is sweetih mellow fruity, pear, funky with vinegar hints. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.

Cask @ Post Office Vaults, Birmingham. No head. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sour apples, citrus, pear, fruits and has a nice sour finish.

Cask @ Post Office Vaults, Birmingham. Hazy yellow without head. Aroma is sweet apples, pear and barnyard. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 250717
