Three-grains beer with thin, off-white head and hazy orange blonde robe. Aroma of peach, yeast, wheat, nuts, vanilla and grass. Caramel malts in the mouth, fruity with velvety oats, subtle spicy accents, finishing in a rather assertive hop bitterness, more so than in e.g. a typical witbier, with which it is distantly related.

Bottle as usual from De Molen - looks really good. Beer in the glass deep golden, nice head. Shy malty-spicy aroma. Starts very mild, malty, some spicy-wheaty notes, light salty background. Finish still mild, dry-malty. Okay.

Bottle: Deep golden with an orangey sheen, big loose off-white head that slowly collapses, sweet grainy to malty nose with a distinctive herbal-hoppy background; moderate to solid dryish bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied and pretty soft; sweetish fruity and grainy traces in the otherwise dry and lingering hoppy finish. Very good Speciality Grain, I expected less…

Tap @ de Molen. Hazy, murky orange with a creamy off-white head. Smells a bit cattlefeed, sourish, vomit-ish.. Quite special :p Tastes sourish, pear, kinda fresh. Not my type of beer. Thin body, soft carbo.
