21/9/2019. Sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours slightly hazy pale yellow gold with a bubbly white head. Aroma of tart green apples, apple pie, custard, tannins and light sulphur and leather. Moderate sweetness and medium tartness. Medium body, oily texture, lively carbonation.

750ml bottle from Scrattings. Fizzing pale yellow gold colour, white foamy head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of fruity apple, apple pie, some caramel & vanilla notes. Taste is tart, apple, with notes of apple pie, vanilla, caramel, and slick, citric, tangy, bittersweet tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, very dry tangy citric acidic tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

75cl bottle from National Brewery Centre, Burton on Trent. Pours hazy straw gold. Fresh fruity nose, crisp bright clarity of flavours, fairly dry with excellent fleshy sweet apple fruit gliding through, some orchard must, light funk with a gentle acidity. Very good.

750ML. 2nd time having this but last time was on draft. Glad to enjoy it in the bottle. bottled in 2016, bottle conditioned, yeast at the bottom of the bottle so pour carefully my pour was hazy as it was the last half. yellow, lots of fizzy champagne bubbles. pear, crabapple and tart pie aromas. mmmmwow. loads of delicious fruit flavors from tangy tangerine, grapefruit, apple cider vinegar and pears. delicious with a Brett forward funk cfinish.

On tap at Northeast Kingdom, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp apples, with light champagne yeast and gentle acidity. Flavour is bone dry, with lots of apple skins, champagne yeast, and bone dry tannins. Nicely constructed. Very good bone dry cider.
