This is truly a labour of love and has taken years to perfect. Our answer to a sour beer, we blend together a soured mead with a sweeter mead to get the perfect juxtaposition of flavours, a bit like a lambic-style.
Our Sour has complex layers of flavour with a puckering sourness and honey notes. It is moreish and well balanced.

330ml can from Whisky Exchange. Hazy yellow gold colour, foamy white head leaving lacing and aroma of honey. Taste is sour, zesty, honey, sweet, with some citric notes. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, sour finish with residual sweetness. Quite drinkable.
