Made with a mix of fruits from Lindheim breweries farm in Norway and foraged Somerset fruit from our local hedgerows.
It was brewed, aged in our Foudre, added to tank where we added Lindheims fruit, and then further aged in our barrels; this is a SLOW beer with incredible depth and complexities whilst being ridiculously drinkable at the same time.

Bottle. Unclear golden orange body under a fine off-white head. Aroma is nice with various sour fruits and a funky touch. Taste is refreshing, tart fruity, hint of apple cider and red berries, smooth and complex at the same time. Fine body and pleasant aftertaste.

Bottle, small bubbly head, quite clear palish red color, red fruits, red wine vinegar, wood and some vanila, medium mellow sourness, hint of sweetness. Nice and enjoyable.

KØLF 040920. Red brown color with a beige head. Aroma is sourness, berries. Flavor is sourness.berries, yeast, cranberries, blackberries, oak. Easy drinkable beer.

Bottle, 330 ml from Že v Redu Primož. Shared with Kova. Red with off white head. Fruity, red berries, funk, oak, musty. Medium sourness. Medium bodied.

Bottle at drie dorstige herten. Aroma of vomit, brett, funk, horseblanket, oak, berries and vineus red fruit. Taste has funky vineus red fruit, oak, horseblanket, brett, more oak and hay. Very nice.

Bottle from the Brewery online shop. Pours hazy red with a thin pink-tinged head. Aromas of red fruit, light funk, light acetic and oak. Taste is hay, red fruit, tart, and more oak. Slightly jammy. Nice.

330ml bottle from Wild Beer. Hazy reddish colour with a pink foam head leaving lacing and aroma of tart berries, woody oak, brett funky. Taste is sour, tart, blackberries, red wine, with citric rind, woody oak and bretty funk. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry oaky funky sour & salty finish. Nicely drinkable

8-3-8-4-16 Bottle, five months before bbd. Pours hazy red, with a small creamy head. Aroma is tart fruity notes, with hay, strawberries, currants and aronia, as well as musty fruity notes. Full body, with average carbonation. Flavour is slightly acetic, with hay, currants and fruity brett, as well as forrest berries and musty fruit peel.

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, cloudy reddish orangy color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sour red berries, oak, fruit stones, grass, sour apples, cherries, minerals, hay, grain, apple cores. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, soda powder, sour red berries, grass, oak, fruit stones, sour cherries, fruit salt, minerals, apple cores, citrus acid. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

330ml bottle. Pours hazy pink with a small head. Aroma is tart raspberry seeds and sour cheese. Taste has sour raspberry to start. Very sour, cheesy finish.
