Made with a mix of fruits from Lindheim breweries farm in Norway and foraged Somerset fruit from our local hedgerows.
It was brewed, aged in our Foudre, added to tank where we added Lindheims fruit, and then further aged in our barrels; this is a SLOW beer with incredible depth and complexities whilst being ridiculously drinkable at the same time.

Lively pink beer, head fizzles away very quickly. Aroma of tart berries. Flavour follows suit and it's sharp, sour berries all the way, with the apple coming through and a dash of hop in the finish. Crisp and fresh as you'd expect from Wild Beer, and distinctive.

Keg at ecbf 2019 Saturday afternoon.. Hazy amber... Thin white lacing.. Soft sweet sweet nutty toffee.. Light caramel toffee fruit nose..woody caramel toffee malts.. Soft funk.. Light funk fruit

Keg at ecbf. Pours reddish, nose is funky, berries, oak, taste is tart, juicy berries, quite sweet, funky
