Sample courtesy of minutemat, cheers Mat! Golden colour, no head and aroma of light barnyard & fruity apple. Taste is fruity, floral, apple, some skin, and fleshy acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, mellow dry acidic finish. Quite drinkable.

Box @ Shrewsbury Real Ale Festival 2019, Day 2. Pours a misty deep golden amber. Rich apple fruit on the nose. Taste is similarly rich, pure golden apple fruit, gentle underlying tannin, moderate acidity, drinks quite well for the strength.
