Bouteille 75cl, no BB, big exploding cork. Brune foncée, col épais café au lait. Arôme offre de suite de fines effluves aigrelettes, fruits noirs, note de caramel brulé, sorte de sirop de Liège. Palais est malté, grillé, petite pointe aigrelette, fruits noirs; prunes et dates, rappel de vieille brune. Boisé reste assez modéré et pas certain que cet effet aigre était le fait attendu de la bière. Le tout reste cependant correcte et plaisant, petit effet mûre-cassis.

[ As Delhaize Ben’s Strong Dark Oak Aged (Ben Vinken) ].Gusher !!!Unclear dark brown colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark fruit, wood, alcohol - pheno - wine. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, wine, wood, dark malt, dark fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is lively - fizzy. [20160922] 7-3-7-2-13

F: the cork flew away and hit the ceiling, very dangerous beer, foam very huge, brownish, extremely long lasting then collapsed. C: dark, opaque. A: vinous, red fruits, apples, woody, wild yeast, hint of chocolate, molasses. T: red fruits, earthy, vinous, woody, light sourness, chocolate, dark berries, hint of coffee, medium body, extremely lively carbonation, quite good balanced beer but opening the bottle is very dangerous, be ware of it, 75cl bottle from Delhaize in Oudergem in Brussels.

[9/22/16] Bottle sample at Pre-Borefts RateBeer Tasting at ABC Beers in Den Haag. Thanks everyone for sharing bottles! Dark brown with a beige head. Aroma of caramel, oak, wine, vinegar, dark fruits. Sweetish and tart flavor. Over-carbonated. Decent.

Bottle shared @ Borefts Pre-tasting. Insane GUSHER!!! Dark brown color, average sized off-white to beige head. Smell and taste malts, bread, wood, light tart. Annoying fizzy carbonation. Not very good.
