330ml can. Clear gold, with brief fizzy head. Aroma of sweet apples, caramel. Very tart in taste, bittersweet apples, caramel, brown sugar. Syrupy cloying body. A bit too tart and sugary for my liking.

22/11/2024. BIAB at The Dove Street Inn Winter Beer Festival, Ipswich. Pours almost colourless, just a slight golden tint, and a few bubbles. Aroma is fleshy apples, funky, light sugars. Moderate sweetness and sours. Medium body, average carbonation. Light drying tart finish. Quite drinkable.

Keg @ Fox And Goose, Hebden Bridge. Extremely pale clear yellow, almost water-like in effect. Has a sweetened apple taste, although not overly so, with a dry finish.

Draught: Poured a pale yellow color cider with good carbonation. Aroma of semi-dry apple notes. Taste is not the most complex but the refreshing mix of semi-sweet apple notes is enjoyable. Good drinkability.

1/3 pint draft @ The Barrel Project, merci Maria.

On tap at XYLO Margate - Pours a clear pale gold colour with a small fizzy white head that settled. A light tart fruity apple aroma. A moderately sweet, moderately tart taste, the tartness of the Bramley offset by the sweetness of the cox. A light fizz in the mouth and a semi-dry finish.

On 23rd Jan 2020 I decided to change all my 34 'ticks' for no-beers into rates. Every 'tick' scored a '3', this will not change as they become 'rates'. My 'ticks' were Ciders, Meads, Perrys and Sake. This is a cider!

330ml can. Very pale yellow colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of tangy apple with sulphury hint. Taste is tangy fleshy apple, cooking apple, slightly tart, some sugary sweetness, with orchardy, straw, light funky notes. Light to medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, semi-dry finish. Quite OK
