Plastic bottle at the ChrisO Holiday Tasting, London - thanks to the King of Kvass, Leighton; that is, me. Pours clear, light brown with a faint, white foam head. Plastic and wet, brown bread aroma. Stupidly sweet flavor - impressively so - with liquified raisins. Light bodied with fine carbonation and a syrupy mouthfeel. Embarassingly sweet finish with caramel, bread, demerara sugar. Impressive that a beverage can be so sweet and remain a liquid. Not a huge fan.

Plastic bottle at ChrisO tasting, thanks to Leighton, 30/12/12. Flat looking cola brown with no head. Nose carries brown bread, rye, sugars. Taste comprises sweet sugars, rye bread, sweet sweet sugars. Light in body, sugary finish. Having tasted Ulmanlaiku - Rolls Royce of the Kvass world this is more Robin Reliant - MEH!

Bottle from Baltic Branch Dover. Brown colour. Quite sparkling, flavour of bread and bubblegum. Quite sweet.

[Tasting @ yespr – Courtesy of faroeviking] Hazy brown with no head. Extreeme sweet aroma with overripe fruits, light roasted malt and toffee. Very sweet flavor with overripe fruits, caramel and roasted notes.

50 cL plastic bottle. Pours amber/hazzlenut brown and with a little lacing head. Nutty malty and sweet aroma. Sweet malty, breadish, dried fruity and all in a bad mix. Sweet and cloying finish. Not my style at all, but interesting to try, thanks faroeviking!
