Bottle from Beers of Europe, online. Mine coming in at 6.8%. Pours a pale clear gold with some light brief foam on top. No big aromas but picking up pear cores and skins, brown sugars, some alcohol. Taste has a very nice pear fruitiness, quite tangy although then gives way to a fruity sugar syrup finish. Body is slightly syrupy but still maintains a nice smoothness and refreshing quality. A bit mixed but I enjoyed it, quite tasty.

Bottled. Golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of tangy pear with sulphury hint. Taste is sweet, juicy pear, fruity and sugary. Slightly syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied & medium carbonation, sweet pear finish. Quite drinkable but abit sweet

Keg tap @ Bedford Arms, Bedford. Clear yellow, high level of carbonation. Aroma of fruit sugars. The taste is lovely initially - unfortunately there is an almost artificial sweetener aftertaste that demotes the overall package from excellent to pretty good. Strength is deceptive.
