From tap at Apollon platebar, Bergen, 12.03.21 as a lucky result of my flight to Kristiansund being cancelled. Clear pale orange. Small head. Superbly complex taste of cider and brett. Excellent! And lingering on...

Bottle. Almost clear, slightly reddish golden body under a small, quickly fading white head. Nice and interesting aroma of apples, raspberries, red wine and oak with a hint of floral perfume. Taste is complex, dry, acidic with the same fruits as found in aroma. Feels both soft and a bit sharp in taste. Fine body and long lasting pleasant aftertaste. Very nice.

37,5cl bottle bought at the brewery. Pours hazy reddish with a small, pinkish head. Fruity and funky with apples, raspberries and notes of barnyard and hints of wood. Acidic, flavourful and complex. Quite delicious.

Bottle shared at Maakun’s. Unclear coral red. Massive rosé de Gambrinus, even more sweet raspberries, big funky lambic muff. If there ever was a cider here it is very well hidden under the fruit and very Bruxelensis lambic funk. Sweet and fair sour, funky as hell, cobwebby. Medium body, slightly slimey texture, soft carbonation.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Beautiful hazy deep pink with very short lasting light pink head. Deep bright funk, raspberries, barnyard funk, soft oak, a bint of balsamico, wheat, light apple juice maybe, red wine barrel is somewhere in the back, hint of spices. Almost medium sour and very light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft fizzy carbonation. More like a raspberry lambic than cider, but very very tasty. Love it.

375 ml corked & caged green bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.5%. Colour is peach to rosé, pours vigorously sparkling with a large but shortlived white head. Strong aroma of dominant raspberries, apples in the background, hints of oak and red wine. Dry, crisp and slightly tart flavour with a nice balance between apples and raspberries, hints of oak and red wine with some tannins. Enjoyable.
