500ml can. Pours hazy(!) brown with a small beige head. Aroma is herbal, caramel, nutty. Taste is herbal, sweet malts, caramel, kind of nutty/toasted malt, light bitter finish. Medium body, soft carbonation. This is one of my least favourite styles but it's the first time I've had a Bitter that's been brewed outside of the UK, it's quite different and I like it, in fact more than most of the British ones I've had!

Bottled 500ml. -Dark golden/pale amber coloured, small to medium sized off-white head, light caramel in the nose. Toasted malt, caramel, light nutty and touch of metal with dusty herbalish finish. Nothing to complain about.

A 0.5 bottle shared with friends at a degustation table. Hazy golden, medium off-white head. Toasty malts and dried fruits along with some vegetable aroma. Dry and toasty. Light body, moderate carbonation, quite nice finish.

50cl bottle share @ Niamey's 3rd craft beer tasting, big cheers to Madalin for logging around 30 Romanians bottles to Africa. Orange, col fin beige. Arôme offre un bouquet assez typique de levure bitter, malté Marris, pâle, le tout sur un effet fruité plutôt citronné frais herbacé. Usage intéressant de Sorachi qui se note peu. Palais est léger malté, dans un style UK, pointe fine de pamplemousse, petit côté qui titille le palais sur un caractère malté /grains anglais.

50cl bottle at City Blues, pours a watery caramel amber with some rocky, off white head. Nose has corn syrup, butterscotch, sweet tea. Flavor is soggy cookies, butterscotch, yeast, sweet tea. Sweet finish. Bleh.

At a tasting, thanks, medium stable fluffy bubbly head, slightly oxidised deepish red color, aroma of vanila, dates and caramel with some paper, flavor of caramel, paper, some nuttiness and a whiff of over ripe oranges. Nice but nothing too exciting.

500ml from a trade with dnicolaescu. Pours hazy orange-brown with a medium-sized beige head. Aroma is toffee, nuts, herbal hops. Taste is cold tea, toffee, herbal bitterness, smoke. Good one - at times I started thinking I was drinking something from Blighty. Well done, Romania!

Bottle, thanks ciocanelu! Hazy reddish-amber color with white head. Aroma is caramel, toffee, some apples, some earthy hops. Taste is apple phenols, more toffee. Oily mouthfeel. A bit too phenolic, but okay.
