Borefts Beer Festival 7th edition day 1 25/09/2016. A translucent yellow / straw coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is perfumed citrus, kaffir lime, floral hop and wheat. Flavour is composed of frothy wheat straw, lime, fresh citrus and funky brett and saison yeast. Palate is airy carbonation, citrusy finish.

[ As Oersoep / Oedipus Poe Poe ].Unclear matt light to medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, good to fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, grass, fruity, brett, light to moderate yeasty, saison yeast, leather. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, fruity, sweet malt, sweet yeast, light grass - leather, tart citrus notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Borefts VII. Day 1. Keg. Lightly hazy yellow - gold beer, small white head. Palate is light, semi dry and crispy. Floral grapefruit - lemon. Light herb and spice. Light crispy finish brings a mild citric hop. Nice enough.
