Slightly hazy golden colour, white head. Fruity aroma, brett, green apple, lemon, funk. Sour flavour, lime, grapefruit, orange peel, quite dry. Fruity finish, zest, citrus. Nice!!

Tap @ Kimchi 2015. Yellow blonde color, cloudy. White head, but not a lot of it. Aroma: bretty, herbel/spicy, with some sourness and fruit retronasal. Flavor is moderate sour, bretty. Light bodied. finishes moderate bitter, bretty. Obviously not really my cup of tea.

Draft sample @ Van Moll fest 2015, Eindhoven. Dorée, paille, col fin blanc. Arôme au bouquet citrique, fleur et assez noble, rétro levure modéré, point de malt pils. Palais au profil fruité, citronné en dominance et apportant une note citrique presque de brett? Grains et malté, le tout est léger et rafraichissant mais dont le profil a été visité maintes fois. Noble houblonné sur la fin.

Sampled draft @ Van Moll Fest 2015. Very hazy golden with no head. Nose is hugely lactic, lemon juice, acidic, puckering, light fruits. Taste is very basic lemon juice, lactic, passion fruit, puckering lactic, touch exotic fruits,… Body is acidic, juicy, easy. Very basic & simple but fun and enjoyable to drink. I would be hugely surprised if this is just brett.

Tap @ Van Moll Fest ’15. Hazy yellow with a small white head. Smells spur, fruity, brett, slightly leathery, fresh. Tastes sloghtly sour, watery, fruity, fresh, lemon. Thin body, low carbo, flat.

Draft at Kimchi 2015. Pours cloudy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma of Brett funk, barnyard, manure, citrus and pepper. Definitely Brett and saison. Flavour is light sweet, bitter and over light acidic. Light bodied with soft carbonation.
