This double dry-hopped lobster roll IPA was first brewed in Gothenburg to premiere our bar, Omnipollos Gothenburg and its seafood leaning menu. It is an exploration of texture, decidedly nautical. Drink fresh.

330ml bottle from the Beer Bank, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a murky light golden brown colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, zesty tropical citrus fruits, lemon lime, mango. The flavour is moderate sweet and bitter, with a crisp, fresh, juicy mango, dry pepper spice, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle from Goblet ZG. Murky dark yellow body, white head. Citric notes, some citric candy too in the dry aroma. Interesting taste really, candyish orange notes mixing with some herbal touches, soft. Quite nice! Not getting much of the reference, but, then again, I haven't had lobster in ages.

Draught @ BBF 2019 11th. edition [ Borefts Beer Festival 2019 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands.

[ As Omnipollo Lobster Roll IPA ].
ABV: 7.3%. Hazy - murky medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, tropical fruit, citrus, pineapple. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, citrus, fruity hops, pineapple, sweet fruit, hoppy, tropical fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. On tap at Craft Room, Zagreb. Hazy yellow orange with small white head. Some ripe tropical fruit, melon, lactic, sweet, smooth, no bitterness. Medium bodied.

Sampled at Borefts Beer Festival 2019, day 1. Unclear yellow color, small white head. Aroma is nicely grassy hoppy. Flavor is lightly sweetish hoppy, but overall a fairly pleasant soft hoppy beer.

Bottle from To Øl beer club. Cloudy orange colour with a white head. Aroma has tropical fruit and citrus full smooth and light sweet.
