This double dry-hopped lobster roll IPA was first brewed in Gothenburg to premiere our bar, Omnipollos Gothenburg and its seafood leaning menu. It is an exploration of texture, decidedly nautical. Drink fresh.

Sampled at Borefts 2019, Friday. A hazy yellow golden beer. Aroma of fresh citrus hops, grapefruit, pineapple. Taste of fresh citrusy hops, pale malt, yeast, moderate bitterness.

Tap. Opaque golden-yellow color with white head. Aroma is dank hops, onions, biscuits. Taste is dank hops, a bit mealy, but not too much, pineapple, nice balance actually. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Quite nice.

Borefts ‘19, day 2. Fairly hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of citrus, tropical fruits, lychee. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Pretty cloudy orange beer, big creamy off-white head, unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: lovely hoppy smell, very fruity, dank, tropical fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: super dank and fresh hops, tropical fruits, bit of onions, super dank, juicy, tropical fruits, papaya, lovely. Aftertaste: soft bitter, dry, lovely, tropical fruits, very nice!
