From tap at Borefts 2019. Big sweet and tart cherry aroma with oak, red wine, red grapes, more red fruits. Tart, mild sour, some funk, moderate sweet. Nicely tart and woody, fleshy cherries, red wine. Solid!

half champagne bottle from some shop in Warsaw. thanks to Tomek for sharing the bottle. coz dwa lata zrobily kapitalna robote, dzikusy tak powywracaly te wisne ze w smaku porobily sie jak czerwone kwasne porzeczki, rozowa barwa, metne piana niewilka rozowawa, doskonale wytrawne, cierpkie i kwaskowe, beczke tez sie czulo mialem wrazenie jakbym pinot noir saczyl wolniutko. doskonale, ale i tak nie lepsze od pierwszej wersji Chateau Artezana.

Piękny idealnie klarowny rubin, piany brak, w aromacie delikatnie, wiśnia-pestka, drewno, dzikie nuty (funky) na bardzo niskim poziomie - to nie stajnia i tego typu klimaty, jest subtelnie winnie, w smaku niska kwaskowość, znowu pestka - lekka taninowość. Ułożone , wygładzone z niskim wysyceniem.

Dark ruby colour, minimal head. Aroma is vinegar, cane sugar, almond, cherry, wood, funky. Medium sour. Could have a bit more body. Flat carbonation. Good.

Barwa rubinowa, niemal klarowne, piana biało-różowa, bardzo szybko znika. W aromacie wiśnia, nuty drewna, trochę owoców i stajni. W smaku półwytrawne, sporo wiśni, żółtych owoców, brettów też nie brakuje. Po ogrzaniu wychodzi wanilia z leżakowania. Kwaśność średnia, trochę cierpkości od tanin. Wysycenie i ciało w normie. Bogate i złożone, może ciut za bardzo wiśnia dominuje, ale poza tym świetne piwo.

On tap at the Warsaw beer fest oct 2019. Bright and clear purple color with a nice rose color foam leaving a long lasting lacing. Nose: really a celebration of macerated cherries, spirit, funky and zesty notes. Mouth: soft sipper, lacks body, the finish is a bit lemony and tart with cherries aftertaste. Peculiar.
