Bottle 0,37 ltr: Clear dark amber coloured brew with an very dry taste and sourness. Hints of wood, tart fruits, sour red fruits, some vanilla, subtle saltiness and a touch of burn of alcohol.

Clear brown, no head. Aroma of sherry, green apple (acetaldehyde), tequila, wet wood, vague pear. Taste has sweetish-sour green & red apple, sour plum, softly lemony. Tart finish with green apple, old sherry & boozy tequila alcohol, very slightly salty. Medium body, slick texture, flat carbonation. Weird stuff and it doesn't really work.

Tap at Beergeek. Hazy brownish amber body. Gluey grainy meady aroma, wine notes, a bit gluey. Lean dry tart taste, apple, warming, l brown sugar and barrel notes, but fairly lean. Dry and tart. Dunno, unimpressed.

Draught @ Beergeek Bar, Prague. Pours clear dark amber no head. Aroma of light sourness, malt, fruit, tequila, little white school glue. Flavor is light sweet, rather sour, light malt, caramel, wood, dried fruit, tequila, alcohol. Medium body, soft carbonation, dry and rather acidic finish with some warming alcohol. 250722

On tap at Brewdog Barcelona, pours a deep dark reddish brown with a tiny white head. Aroma is loaded with nail polish remover, perfume, tequila barrels and alcohol. Flavour is likewise loaded with nail polish remover and perfume — ugh, that's harsh — with boozy tequila, a hint of salt, and perfume. Boozy, harsh, perfumey. This isn't good. Fun experiment but this doesn't work — just way too perfumey and nail polish-like. No good.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 07.2023) im 2021-10 getrunken. Bei diesem dunkelbraunen, kräftiges Sour Ale macht sich anfangs recht offensichtlich der kräftige Alkoholgehalt bemerkbar. Ansonsten hat es ein schönes Limetten-Aroma und der Säuregehalt hält sich sehr zurück. Lecker!

Sampled at Borefts Beer Festival 2019, day 2. Clear orange amber color, no head. Smell and taste are lightly sour, tart fruitpeel, fairly dry finish. Decent body and carbonation. Mwah.
