Bottle at Moeder Lambic. Cheesy and easy drinking, slightly sourish, very goood. I like this very much. Complex in its relative simplicity.

Bottle at home, (1 of only 800 bottles made), 9th October 16. Pours a hazy straw colour, neat rimmed head. Looks great, aroma is Brett, funk, barnyard, cellar, pine. Taste is slight sour, bitter pine, brett, barnyard funk, floral hops, some sweetness, bitter, sour harmony, so drinkable and balanced. Love the Bretty collaborations De La Senne are doing. Great stuff, glad I have another bottle to age a bit.
