Bottle from Pub-up-beershop, Wolvega. Big bourbon aroma with sweet dark malt, caramel, toffee, raisins, notes of vanilla. Bit syrupy. More from the barrel. Flavour is sweet with a boozy finish. Medium body.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Hazy amber. Bourbon, vanilla, cookie, caramel ,a bit of fruits, sweet, some alcohol.

Bomber shared at Billy's. It pours hazy deep mahogany brown with a decent khaki head. The aroma is soft, sweet, fudgey, vanilla, dark fruits, dates, toffee, tablet, fruit cake, rocky road and oak. The taste is slick, oily, toothy, dried fruits, fruit cake, vanilla fudge, tablet, earthy, oak, light spice, kick of alcohol, tannin, raisin, sultana and leather with a drying finish. Medium+ body and average carbonation. Easy drinking for what it is.

Bottle sourced from Beer Republic and drunk at home, new US brewery tick (12/09/2021) - pours very dark brown with a beige head. Toasted sweet malty with lots of caramel and toffee notes, dried fruit, roasty malty edge, spices, full body, vanilla and coconut edge into the warming malty close. Very nice.

Thin beige collar on a thin brown body. Chocolate, caramel & boozy aroma. Medium to full bodied, smooth & silky with a clean back. Chocolate, bourbon, caramel, raisin, jam & stewed fruit tastes with a big boozy finish.

35,5 cl bottle @ home, bottled 01.08.2019. Thanks olio! Aroma has sweet bourbon tones, some vanilla and mild woody notes. Flavour has bourbon, alcohol, sweet malt, mild woody notes and some vanilla. Bourbon all the way. Good but drinkability is not that great.

Draught @ BBF 2019 11th. edition [ Borefts Beer Festival 2019 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands.
[ As Olde Hickory Seven Devils ].
ABV: 8.0%. Cloudy - hazy dark red brown colour with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, sweet malt, barrel - vanilla, wood, caramel, malty - rich. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, bread, sweet malt, dark malt, caramel, barrel - vanilla, malty - ruch. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming and light light alcoholic. [20190927]

Bottle. Deep dark brown color. Toffee, soft roast, vanilla and bourbon in the aroma. Malty sweet flavor, rounded, but still a bit boozy. Lots of caramel and vanilla. Has thinned a bit because of the barrel aging. Hint of licorice in the finish. Nice.

Sampled at Borefts Beer Festival 2019, day 1. Brown color, no head. Aroma is malts, raisins. Rum notes lightly. Flavor is malts, caramelised sugars, rum, brown candy sugar. Full body, medium carbonation. Very nice.

Bottle 0.33l from Olde Hickory guys tried at work. 22.11.2019. Pour it dark color with small white head. Aroma sweet spicy, some chocolate. Taste chocolate, licorice, light molases, herbal spicey finish, medium body, slick feel, astringent finish. Nice!
