Magus, hapu, mõru, pähklid, vahtra siirup, alkohol, kakao, mingi happeline/hapu noot, peaaegu atsetoon röst. Ok, see atsetooni taoline noot häirib.

29 November 2019. At Billie's Craft Beer Fest. Cheers to the lovely Anke, tderoeck, 77ships & Ghent beer crew! Cloudy black, no head. Aroma of maple, pancake, cake, caramel sauce, date jam. Taste has very sweet maple, cake & caramel with nuts, vanilla & bittersweet mocha. Herbal hoppy finish, very sweet, bit chocolatey, heating liqueur alcohol. Medium body, syrupy texture, soft carbonation. Too sweet, not 'Stout' enough.
