Clear deep red brown beer, no head. Aroma: caramel malts, dried fruits, chocolate, soft roast, nice stuff going on here! MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: surprisingly sourish, tastes infected, acidic, caramel notes as well, soft roast. Aftertaste: dry, bit sourish, fruity touch, hoppy notes, more roast. Not the worst, but that sour infected flavour sort of ruins it for me.

A pretty traditional wee heavy, with all I'd want in the style. Dark copper'ish colour. Very soft, caramelly and malty. Some sweetness, but definitely bitterness and even a tiny hint of roasty malt. Well made, no flashyness.
