Ons witbier bekent kleur. Dankzij koriander en sinaasappelschil vindt deze viergranen sensatie de perfecte balans tussen fris, zoet en zuur. Zijn naam komt van de wilde hamster die alleen nog voorkomt in het ongetemde Zuid-Limburg. De granen die dit excentrieke beestje eet, vormen de basis van ons vrijzinnige witbier.

300 ml bottle. Cloudy yellow, small head. Wheat, clove, coriander, yeast, orange peel. Mild dry bitterness. Medium bodied, milky texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry acidic finish. Quite okay!

Can from Pivoteka. Milky yellow-golden body, white head. Sweetish flowery-spicy aroma, classic, citric touches, quite nice! Light, smooth taste, bit citric, bit flowery, but so subdued. Nice little wit, tasty, understated, if it's cheap in Holland, could make for a good everyday beer.

Flesje gekregen van Tomhendriksen. Donkergeel, licht troebel bier met matig schuim. Aroma van fruit, mout en gist. Smaak is moutig. Jammer dat de smaak snel weg trekt.

Fles gekregen van Ludo, geprobeerd met FritsH. Het is een troebel geel bier met een volle schuimkraag. Het heeft een moutige geur. De smaak is moutig en fris, heerlijk op een zomerdag.

On tap at In de Wildeman, Amsterdam on 15th March 2018. Hazy gold with shallow white foam and scant lacing. Fresh and nutty yeast aroma. Citrus fruits in-mouth with fresh doughy yeastiness. A lingering nutty and citrus finish. Zingy mouthfeel and a fair amount of body.

Tap. Milky pale yellow color with creamy white head. Aroma is herbal, wheat, spicy yeasts, sweet bubblegum. Taste is milky, bubblegum, herbal, elderflower indeed, not so much spelt noticeable for me. Milky mouthfeel with low carbonation. Fun!

Pours clear yellow with a foamy, white head. The aroma contains wheat, orange & mandarin, citrus, some spices and white bread. It tastes light fruity sour and light to medium spicy bitter; short finish. Light body, watery texture, soft to flat carbonation. Decent aroma for a standard Witbier; taste is gone too quickly; palate is bad.
