Ons witbier bekent kleur. Dankzij koriander en sinaasappelschil vindt deze viergranen sensatie de perfecte balans tussen fris, zoet en zuur. Zijn naam komt van de wilde hamster die alleen nog voorkomt in het ongetemde Zuid-Limburg. De granen die dit excentrieke beestje eet, vormen de basis van ons vrijzinnige witbier.

0.3 l bottle from ’Liquorstore The Pint’, best before April 2016. Hazy, pale golden yellow with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, yeasty-spicy, slightly fruity aroma of banana, clove, pear, coriander, peach and vanilla. Sweetish, yeasty-spicy and slightly fruity taste of banana, clove, coriander, pear, peach and vanilla, followed by a short, slightly bitter, yeasty-spicy and minimally sourish finish. Thin to medium body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Easily drinkable, refreshing, a bit thin maybe, but overall rather nice.

50cl can shared by Arve_Christian - thanks a lot! Pours hazy orange with a nice, white head. Fruity and yeasty aroma with notes of bananas, spices, wheat and hints of citrus. Moderate sweet with nice fruity flavours and a light acidity. Tasty and refreshing.
