Fles 30cl thuis. Wel lekker vol & goed te drinken. Verder weinig spannend en wat vlak. (6-2011).

OK. 8/8/9/9/11/9

Golden colour, slightly hazy, white head. Aroma of malt, yeast and hops. Some caramel, some citrus. Quite pronounced banana. Flavour of malt, yeast, hopbitter, some minty wheaty flavour. Finish slightly bitter, quite yeasty. (from 33cL bottle)

Bottle at home. A gusher. Pours a hazy, brown-gold with a filmy, white head. Aroma has some dark sugar or Belgian candi, malts, hints of yeast, perhaps some apple. Flavor is pretty nice, rich candied sugars for sure, some yeasty dough, light spices, and a very delicate bitterness. Medium bodied with effervescent, mouth-filling carbonation. Finishes warm and sweet with caramel, golden raisins, very faint alcohol, and some nice, Belgian yeast. All in all a very acceptable beer.

Hazed, very lively carbonated golden beer with a greenish sheen, under a short-lived yellowish head, irregular. Bit of astringency in the nose, going into wet grain, milkripe greains, grass. Wet hay, grassy, greenery, garden weeds and again a certain astringency. Maybe a bit of fatty acids, but certainly not much. Astringency dwindles, leaving wet grains behind. Once the astringency diminished, bit wry, bit slick, maybe medium bodied. Not exactly a feast. Perhaps USA or NZL hops might have been the better choice. These hops might have been beetroot leaves...

Draught in the Nieu Markt in Amsterdam. Cloudy gold--heading to pastel. High, fine head. Faint aroma of honey, lemon, spice. Light, clean, malt, somewhat sweet, fruity, with some citrus nd ok hops. Medium bitterness. Ok, but not special.

bottle, Danke an Bierkoning! Clear golden colour, small white head. Hoppy nose. Fruity, hoppy with some spices and herbs. Definitely has its own character.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a hazy golden body and a small white head. Aroma of grapes, wheat and spices. Taste is fruity, wheat, chalky and mildly acidic. Light bubbles. Very bland.

Hazy yellow colour. Fresh hoppy, zesty aroma. Flavour quite soft and subtle and the hoppy aroma doesn’t come through much in the taste. Overall it lacks some depth.
