Dark brown colour, beige foam. Quiet roasty, bitter, some sugary sweetness, leaves, a bit herbal. Unusual barley wine.

33cl bottle. A dark reddish brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of dried fruits, caramel, raisins. Taste of raisins, dried fruits, caramel, strong body, sticky.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Burg Bieren, Ermelo. Dutch brewery #317. Clear brown with a very thin off-white head. Caramel aroma with some tutti frutti. Taste is sweet with a rather sharp alcohol bite. Finish is also quite harsh. Bit too boozy in a wrong way.
