330 ml bottled 23/01/15 from Etre Gourmet.
Amber-orange, cloudy body, with a big, creamy, moderately lacing, white head.
Aroma of yeast, grass, flowers, citrus, sweet berries, candy, vanilla, some perfume, some spices.
Tastes of citrus, sweet berries, stone fruits, flowers, grass, candy, vanilla, coconut, spices, booze.
Medium, quite creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes warm, boozy, complex, sweet, bitter and dry at the same time, with yeast, hops, fruits, malts, some grass.

Tasty! Sweet from both, fruit notes and a broad malt backbone. But never too sweet or sticky, greatly balanced by enough hop bitterness and dryness. Alcohol provides a pleasant warmth. Characterful and complex, somewhere inbetween pale Belgian Strong, IIPA and Barley Wine.

Bottled@PBF X. Yellow colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some mild citrus as well as some nutty notes. Also quite sweet malts in the finish. A slight alcohol burn, but not enough to ruin the beer, rather the alcohol gives it a nice boost.
