A pale ale utilising often over looked yeast esters in combination with citrus hop character. Easy drinking and balanced, yet interesting.

Can at the pre Borefts tasting 2019, Zandaam. Poured a hazy golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light yeasty, mineral, floral. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a crisp, fruity, light citrus, dry mineral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Can shared with Ashton McCobb. Pours hazy burnt orange with a short-lived, bubbly white head. Aromas of yeast esters, oranges, marmalade. Taste is fruity, more orange and dried apricot. Something slightly grassy. Bitter, pithy finish.
