Remember when IPA didn't require a coast? Not too bitter, not too malty, not too cloudy, not too bright. Sometimes the middle ground is where it's at.

Can thanks to Sandy. Appearance - hazy amber. Fluffy head. Nose - orange, apricot and pomegranate. Taste - orange and ripe melon. Then resin which persists. Palate - starts well and then the resin bitterness is possibly a bit too dry. Overall - finish this with a bit of Champagne yeast and it's champion.

Can shared with Ashton McCobb. Pours hazy golden orange with a thin white head. Aromas of esters and pine, pomegranate. Taste is bitter, pithy citrus and green plants. Bitter finish.
