Little hazy dark brown to black beer, creamy beige head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very roasted, coffee, charcoal, coffee grit, mocha, caramel, bit sweet. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet start, bit sourish, lots of coffee, mocha, malty. Aftertaste: bitter, cocoa powder, coffee.

F: thin, brown, very quick gone to fragment film. C: dark, opaque. A: roasted malt, chocolate, cocoa, dark fruits, vanilla, hint of smoke and coffee. T: roasted malt, chocolate malt, cocoa, plums, vanilla, light smoke, alcohol, earthy bitterness, molasses, dark cherries, full body, low carbo, surprisingly great stout from Spain, 8,5% ABV, 0,33l bottle from Leuven Innovation Beer Festival May 2016.

No head, black beer. Intense coffee, Haagse Hopjes, Koffiebonen - rather sweet, and roasted. Coffee, mocha, more sweet coffeesweets - but finally watery. Medium bodied, undercarbonated. Might have shown much more punch, seen its name (triple stout). Oh, and that for the beer, now I want to meet the nymph herself - or at least the model for the label

Tap @ La Vache Folle. Black colour, brown head. Nose is roasted malts, mocca, coffee. Flavour is roasted malts, coffee, liquorice, coffee cream. Fairly bitter, slightly sweet. Finish is fairly bitter. Good beer.

330 mml bottle tasted on the 22/07/2015. Black colour with medium white head. Aroma of roasted malts and earth. Taste is sweet and dry with presence of coffee and roasted malts. Next one please!

Black color with a tan head. Aroma has notes of black coffee, chocolate and picorice with roasted malts. Flavor is mild bittery, coffee taste, roasted malts, burnt wood. Smooth and creamy on palate with medium bitterness and strong coffee aftertaste.

Pitch black color. The nose is very unique with a whallop of fudge on top of chocolate brownies with roasted malts. Wow. Nice smokey character, fudge, molasses brownies. Very rich. Some dark cherries are poking in there. Very fully body. Big lingering rich fudge and dark chocolate in the finish. Excellent.
