Cette Night in Krakow n'a pas grand chose à voir avec une Neipa, même double comme l'indique le brasseur. Nous sommes ici sur une IPA à l'amertume poussive, en aucun cas saillante avec une base douce trop présente er un peu trop sucrée et un alcool à 8,5 % qui se ressent un peu trop. Les arômes qui sont plutôt agréables sont ainsi bien mal servis. En verre ce n'est pas extraordinaire avec un blond orangé voilé quasiment sans mousse. Le nez est appréciable sur la mangue, les fruits de la passion, la grenade, les agrumes, les herbes et le résineux, le tout sur une douce amertume. L'attaque est très modérément amère, avec une base douce trop présente et avec un alcool ressortant de trop. Les arômes se portent sur le résineux, les herbes, l'orange, la mangue et une pointe poivrée. Par rapport au nez, la déception est nette à la fois sur l'amertume est sur la complexité aromatique. La deuxième bouche, poussive, monte légèrement sur l'amertume qui s'exprime davantage en arrière-bouche tout en étant perturbée par un alcool trop présent. Le final, nous laisse sur une meilleure note, davantage sur l'amertume et mieux équilibrée sur le résineux, les agrumes et la mangue. Corpulence et longueurs sont pour leur part très honnêtes. Je ne passerai pas plus d'une nuit à Cracovie.

Tap at Hoptic festival. Hazy golden with white head. Sweet malts, vanilla, light creamy, peach, dank weedy hops, light tart berries. Medium sweet and bitter, light tart. Over medium bodied. Not my thing.

Tap at Hotic 2020. Hazy golden with white head. Thick creamy oaty sweet malts with tropical jizz jazz allaround. Sweet, vanilla soft. Mild bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation.

Just a light haze on this so called NE Dipa. Gold with a small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light and fairly smooth palate, mildly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Light sweetish malts. Smooth piney hops. Light orangey citrus blends pretty well. Light and semi dry finish. Easy going but pretty unremarkable dipa.

Heerlijke geur van tropisch fruit. Smaak blijft helaas wat achter, wat granig en uiteraard zoetig. 2 maanden oud, maar wat een aroma. Nice!

Bottle at home from DeBierkonig, Amsterdam, 25th October 19. Pours a hazy dark orange. Aroma is candied orange, resin. Taste is sweet, ripe pineapple, citrus, fruity, little bitter. Pretty good.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey golden colour with average, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Tropical fruity hoppy and peppery spicy yeasty aroma, hints of mango and passion fruit, lots of black pepper. Taste is sweet, sugary, caramel malty, slightly tropical fruity hoppy with a jelly bear touch, hints of pineapple, mango, passion fruit. Something must have went wrong here...
