On tap @ Draw Trieste. Aroma is floral, piney, citrusy and mild tropical fruity. Pours clear dark golden color with thin creamy white head and average sparkling appearance. Tastes refreshing citrusy, resinous, mild tropical fruity and herbal with smooth mouthfeel and average bitter finish. Medium body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. Pours to a competent enough slightly darker straw yellow. Stable 3mm head. Slight nose: pine, citrus, faint other fruits (grapefruit). Well rounded mouth, but absolutely toned down. Drinkable but not even slightly a craft beer. Dumbed down beer for conservative Germany. Anybody rating this beer a 5 is a plant or shouldn't be on here. Hochgelobt my ass! Where? Line this up side-by-side with even the mildest of craft beers and compare the intensity of the nose and taste if you want to be honest.

Bottled. Golden colour with small white head. Aroma is citrus, some floral notes and mild herbal notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, grassy, citrus and some mild herbal notes. Nice floral and grassy notes.
