21 April 2019. At Republiek, Bruges. Shared with the lovely Anke! Pours clear pale golden with a lasting, small, frothy, off-white head; lots of lacing. Aroma of banana peel, lime juice, breadcrust, yeast, yellow apple, pineapple, wheat. Taste is light fruity sweet, ‘classic’ apple, pear & pineapple, quite bready, wheaty & slightly lime-like sour notes underneath, bitter tones of grain & grass. Dry, grassy hoppy finish, grainy & rye-like, lingering bread & sourish wheat. Light to medium body, slick texture, lively carbonation. Fresh, quenching, but somewhat forgettable.

15/08/2017 - draught glass @ Zwevegem Bierfestival. Hazy yellow, with fine white head. Nose is dusty grains, sweet malts, yeast. Taste is first sweet malts, grains, light sour touch, yeast, bitter hops ending. Nice thirstquencher with a bit more.
