A highland beer, the blond Peak is our core beer. Refreshing and easy going thanks to the subtle dry hopping, you will find hints of lemon and orange and the aroma of flowers. This beer is the ideal aperitif companion but can also be enjoyed into the evening.

One of Silke’s fifty. Hazy gold with a frothy, white head. Orange peel aroma with some light spice, dough and bubblegum underneath. Taste is mildly bitter with a faint citric fruitiness. Medium-bodied, moderate carbonation. Easy-going.

Bottle at home. Blonde color, white head. Aroma is malts, light herbal notes and distant citrus peel. Flavor leans more towards malts and citrus peel flakes, although I also get some white peppery notes in the finish, as well as a fine bitterness towards the end. Initially lightly hoppy as well. Decent body and carbonation. Not bad.

Clear pale blond beer, big creamy irregular white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: lots of citrus, fruity, bit spicy, quite some coriander, soapy, floral notes, sourish. MF: very lively carbon, medium to light body. Taste: very spicy start, lots of coriander, soapy, soft bitterness, bit fruity, peppery, yeast, some banana. Aftertaste: very spicy, puke, bit sourish, soapy, coriander, good stuff!

Bottle. Golden yellow pour. Aroma of yeast esters, banana, wheat, orange peel and citrus. Taste has wheat, yeast esters, orange peel, grainy malt and lots of carbonation. Bit of a weizen blinde hybrid. Not very interesting.

Straw blond with light haze. Strong carbonation. A very pure and clean beer with a rounded hoppy, dry bitterness and no residual sweetness. Very refreshing.
