A Grisette is light saison-style beer, with a low abv, a rustic character and endlessly drinkable. We made ours with local unmalted spelt by de millers of De Valk and dry-hopped it with citrusy Lemondrop hops. it is the perfect partner for the first rays of the sun in early spring.

Hotelroom massacre. Hazy golden with white head. Unclear golden with white head. Dry grainy, dead yeasty. White pepper, lemon peel, cool dry yoghurt, kwark, soft fruity. Medium body and soft carbonation.

Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of yeast, herbs and citrus. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Light medium bodied with prickly carbonation.

Clear pale yellow beer, small creamy dense white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: fruity, very floral, soapy. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: pretyt soapy, bit fruity, soft bitterness, floral. Aftertaste: bitter notes, fruity, some citrus, floral, lavender, bit soapy, malty touch.

Draught @ Wild West Brewfest. Pours a hazy pale straw yellow colour and a small white head. Aroma's are fruity and grassy, with additional caramel malt retronasal. Flavour is moderate bitter with light fruity sourness. Light bodied. Finish is rather dry, moderate bitter. Nice and refreshing.

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Malt, Saison yeast, hop. Taste: Malty, moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter, dry and bit spicy Saison yeast, subtle citrus notes, slightly sourish. Under medium body, just below average carbonation. Bit foamy mouthfeel. Nice, very easy drinkable summer beer.
