Strange sour salty beginning. Passion fruit in the back, too much salt there with somehow sweetish grain. Very strange and (for me) undrinkable. A bit soft sourness like lactic acid, fruity and very salty finish. Strange stuff.

Spritziger Beginn, fruchtig, süß-säuerlich nach Rhabarber. Spritzig bleibend, die Intensität nimmt zu, der Rhabarber bleibt stark, gut, leider nicht wirklich meins. 7/7/8/7/11/7

On tap at Brewdog Brussels. Murky magenta! Pink diminishing head. Beetroot, parsley, grincajg, some fruit, difficult to tell which in aroma. Flavour clears it: nice passion fruit beetroot balance. Nice sourness. Medium body, lasting tart fruity finish, berries and tropical. Lively, unique.

I Draught /I Pink head, fast gone over ridicously intense cardinal red beer. Beetroot-overpowered to the detriment of anything else. Earthy, thick black earth at that, red beetroot². Medium to better bodied despite relatively low ABV. The beer for the communist horticulturist.
